A nivel cut\u00e1neo altera la barrera protectora y se manifiesta en sequedad, picor y propensi\u00f3n a la irritaci\u00f3n, en especial en zonas corporales con pliegues. Incluso se pueden llegar a originar brotes muy virulentos que provocan lesiones cut\u00e1neas. La piel at\u00f3pica es m\u00e1s frecuente en beb\u00e9s y ni\u00f1os, pero tambi\u00e9n se puede prolongar hasta la adolescencia y, a veces, incluso hasta la edad adulta.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>La atopia no tiene cura, pero sus manifestaciones cut\u00e1neas mejoran de forma espectacular con un tratamiento cosm\u00e9tico adecuado.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Es muy importante utilizar formulaciones ricas en mantecas y aceites vegetales y que no contengan ingredientes que podr\u00edan ser irritantes, como perfumes, conservantes, sulfatos o alcohol et\u00edlico.<\/p>\n<p>Desde Lil\u00e0 os proponemos una rutina dedicada a cuidar la piel at\u00f3pica. Una vez limpia, la piel se tiene que secar dando toques suaves con una toalla, evitando rozaduras.
